Biography

General: First-year player…joined the Gorillas in August… a promising cornerback prospect who will look to battle for playing time for Pitt State this fall.

At NSU: Spent two seasons at MIAA rival Northeastern State University (2013-14)… redshirted in his initial season with the RiverHawks (2013).

In High School: An All-District performer as a senior at Beggs High School in 2012… finished his senior season with 26 receptions for 600 yards and six touchdowns… also an All-Conference basketball player and an All-State hurdler in track & field.

Personal: Born September 29, 1994… son of Michael and Angela James… an exercise science major.
