Third-year player… a talented lefthander… could contend for a spot in Pitt State’s starting rotation, but figures to impact the Gorillas’ pitching staff out of the bullpen…made 11 appearances last spring, including one start… posted an 0-2 record with a 9.69 ERA… redshirted in his initial season in the Pitt State program.

 In Junior College: Spent one season at Kansas City Kansas Community College… also spent single seasons at Central Arizona C.C. and Phoenix College.

In High School: A two-year starter at Cherry Creek High School in Denver, Colo. … helped the Bruins to a state runner-up finish his junior season.

Personal: Born October 15, 1987… son of Robert and Sharon Link… a management major.
