Biography

General: Fifth-year player… a hard-working safety who continues to improve with experience… will look to battle for playing time for Pitt State again this fall.

In 2014-16: Saw action in two games in a reserve role in 2016… made two assisted tackles… saw action in four games in 2015, recording three tackles (one solo) on the year… competed in one game in 2014.

In 2013: Redshirt season.

In High School: An honorable mention Kansas Class 4A All-State performer as a defensive back as a senior at Holton High School in 2012… helped the Wildcats to a 14-0 record and the Class 4A state title… made 45 tackles with two INTs and 13 PBUs… also a state medalist hurdler in track & field.

Personal: Born January 18, 1995… son of Shannon & Robyn Wright… a construction management major.
