Biography

General: First-year player... transfers to Pitt State from Lincoln (Ill.) College... an imposing post player who is expected to make an immediate impact in the Gorillas' frontcourt... has great hands... scores well around the basket and has good range on his jump shot.

In Junior College: Spent two seasons at Lincoln College... a first-team NJCAA Division II All-America as a sophomore in 2010, helping the Lynx to a 30-6 record and the NJCAA Division II National Championship... averaged 14.2 points and 6.7 rebounds per game... also blocked 32 shots and dished out 43 assists... shot 58.3 percent from the field (200 of 343) and 76.4 percent from the free throw line (110 of 144).

In High School: A stand-out prep player at Chicago's Hammond High School... averaged 13.9 points and 9.1 rebounds per game as a senior for the Wildcats in 2007.

Personal: Born June 23, 1989... a justice studies major.
