Second-year player… an All-MIAA performer at designated hitter as a sophomore in 2011… a talented player who figures to split time between DH and catcher… expected to be a prominent member of the Gorillas batting lineup again in 2012… In 2011: Started 49 games at designated hitter… batted a team-leading .360 with six doubles and 32 RBIs… earned second-team All-MIAA honors at DH… started the season with an 18-game hitting streak… enjoyed 15 multiple-hit games… Played one season at Allen County Community College… batted .378 for the Red Devils.

In High School: A three-year starter for Frontenac High School… a multiple-time All-Conference, All-Area and All-State performer for the Raiders.

Personal: Born December 15, 1988… son of Geno and Kimber Reddick… a physical education major.
