Enters his fifth season in the PSU program…a talented thrower who earned All-MIAA honors in the shot put by placing third during the 2012 outdoor season... recorded a throw of 55-11 at the 2013 MIAA Indoor championships to place sixth… helped the Gorillas claim the 2013 MIAA Outdoor Conference Championship… narrowly missed earning all-conference accolades by placing fifth in the indoor shot and fourth in the hammer in 2012… threw a career-best 171-8 in the discus at the Pitt State Invite on April 2, 2011, then placed 17th at the NCAA Division II National Championships... has career bests of 169-5 in the hammer and 53-7.75 in the shot put... redshirted during the 2010 outdoor season... also a two-time All-MIAA and honorable mention All-American offensive lineman on the Pitt State football team... In High School: A Missouri Class 4A All-State performer in the shot put and discus as a senior at Neosho High... earned first-team All-State honors in football as a senior…Personal: Born July 18, 1990... son of Charles and Diana (deceased) Holland... a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll… has a 3.12 GPA as a history/government major.
