2024-25: Competed in both seasons ... At the 10th Annual Russ Jewett Indoor Gorilla Classic, ran the 5000m in a time of 15:22.49 ... Competing at the MIAA Outdoor Championships, ran the 10000m in a career-best time of 30:25.04.
2023-24: Competed in the Outdoor season ... At the MIAA Outdoor Championships ran the 3000m Steeplechase in a career-best time of 9:28.76.
2022-23: Did not compete.
HS: AÂ Missouri Class 2A All-State performer in the 1,600 meters at New Bloomfield High School.
Personal: Born November 8, 2003 … Son of Mark Hinrichs and Susan Woods … A three-time recipient of the MIAA Academic Excellence Award and member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll with a perfect 4.00 GPA as an electronics engineering technology major.
