Biography
Enters her fourth year in the Pittsburg State program... a returning All-MIAA caliber athlete and veteran leader for the Gorillas.
In 2012: Battled back from injury to compete at the 2012 MIAA Championships.
In 2011: Competed in all six events for PSU... earned honorable mention All-MIAA honors by placing 11th at the MIAA Championships, helping Pitt State to their second consecutive conference title... finished 37th overall at the South Central Regionals... finished with a time of 23:18 at the NCAA Division-II Championships.
In 2010: Competed in five meets... recorded a season best 6K time of 24:05 at the MIAA Championships, helping the Gorillas claim the conference title.
On the track: Competed in the 800m, 3,000m, 5,000m, mile and steeplechase for the Gorillas... placed sixth at the 2012 MIAA Outdoors in the steeplechase with a time of 11:58… earned All-MIAA honors after finishing second in the steeplechase at the 2013 MIAA Outdoor Championships.
In High School: Excelled in both track & field and cross country during her prep days at Junction City High School.
Personal: Born December 11, 1990... daughter of Jodi Testa... a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll... has a 3.87 GPA as an early/late childhood education major.
