Enters her fourth year in the Pitt State program… a three-time NCAA Division II All-America performer in the shot put… placed fifth at indoor nationals in the discipline in 2017 (48-8.75)… placed eighth at both indoor nationals (49-5.5) and outdoor nationals (49-11) in 2018… a seven-time All-MIAA performer in the throws… the MIAA runner-up three times in the shot put (2017 indoor; 2017 outdoor; 2018 outdoor)… ranks 2nd all-time at PSU in the indoor shot put (52-2.5) and outdoor shot put (52-10.25)… ranks 4th in the weight throw (56-7.25), 4th in the hammer throw (181-0) and 9th in the discus throw (150-10)… a Google Cloud Academic All-America selection in 2018… In High School: The Kansas Class 3A state champion in the shot put at Halstead High School in 2014… the Class 3A state runner-up in 2015… Personal: Born September 10, 1996… daughter of Kenneth and Audra Black… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and an MIAA Scholar Athlete… has a 3.94 GPA as a political science major.
