Box Score PITTSBURG, Kan. -- The Pitt State volleyball team (12-11, 3-8 MIAA) fell in straight sets to No. 4 Nebraska-Kearney, 25-18, 25-14 and 25-14.

The Gorillas hit -,007 for the match, while the Lopers hit .267. UNK also outblocked PSU 7.0 to 4.0.

No Pitt State player hit in double figures for the match. Brooke Fay led the team with six kills. Leah Flynn added five kills. Becca Pearson recorded a double-double with 18 assists and 11 digs. Christa McCaw led the team with 12 digs.

The Lopers Ashley Leitner led all players with 11 kills. Liz McGowan led all players with 22 digs.

Pitt State continues a long road trip as they head to Fort Hays State for a 2 p.m. match with the Tigers.
