MANKATO, Minn. -- Augustana College broke open a 1-1 game with two runs in the third inning and two more in the fourth inning en route to a 6-1 victory in an elimination game in the NCAA Division II Central Regional.

Jenna Bolton led Pitt State's seven-hit offensive attack with a 2-for-3 day at the plate. She scored the Gorillas' lone run in the top of the third inning. Nicole Nease drew a bases-loaded walk in the third to force in Bolton.
Brittanny Beaudet (3-4) allowed five runs, three earned, in four innings of work on the mound for the Gorillas.Bree Cornett pitched the final two innings for Pitt State.
