MANHATTAN, Kan. — The Kansas State University men's basketball team placed three players in double figure scoring as the Wildcats posted a 78-59 victory over Pittsburg State University in an exhibition game Thursday (Nov. 4) at Bramlage Coliseum.

Selton Miguel scored a game high 18 points to pace the Wildcats, while Logan Landers (11) and Ismael Massoud (10) also scored in double figures.

K-State shot 53.6 percent from the field in the first half to build a 37-26 halftime advantage against Pitt State.

Antonio Givens II posted a team-leading 13 points and six rebounds for the Gorillas. Tyler Hawkins added 10 points, while Quentic Hardrict Jr. chipped in with eight points and three assists.

Four more players – Magic Reliford, Zach Burch, Dejon Waters Jr. and R.J. Forney – each finished with five points.

Pitt State will make its regular season debut next Friday (Nov. 12) when the Gorillas take part in the 16-team Central Region Challenge at Municipal Auditorium at Kansas City, Mo.
