HAYS, Kan. —Kaleb Hammeke scored a game high 21 points to help fuel the Fort Hays State University men's basketball team to a 70-51 victory over Pittsburg State University Saturday (Jan. 22) at Gross Memorial Coliseum.
Hammeke made eight of 13 shots from the floor and added eight rebounds for the Tigers. Jared Vitztum chipped in with 13 points and a game high 16 rebounds for FHSU (13-3, 8-3 MIAA).
Pitt State (4-14, 3-9 MIAA) got 14 points from Bobby Arthur-Williams Jr. and 11 more from Cameron Huefner.
