KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association released updated standings for its 2022-23 Commissioner's Cup, presented by McCownGordon.
 
Through the completion of the 2022-23 fall and winter seasons, Pittsburg State University continues to lead the MIAA Commissioner's Cup standings. The Gorillas lead with an 11.7 points per sport average. Northwest Missouri State University (11.5 avg.) and the University of Nebraska-Kearney (9.7 avg.) are second and third, respectively.
 
After capturing a pair of MIAA titles in football and women's cross country in the fall, Pittsburg State add two more titles in the winter, winning both MIAA crowns in both men's and women's indoor track & field. The Gorillas women's basketball team also earned a fourth-place finish in the MIAA standings to put PSU in the top-five of three of its four winter sports.
 
Below are the complete standings for the 2022-23 MIAA Commissioner's Cup after the fall seasons. The standings are based on points earned from the regular season finish in each of the sports recognized by the MIAA divided by the number of those sports sponsored by each respective member institution.
