BETHANY, Okla. -- The Pittsburg State University baseball team dropped a 12-9 decision to Oklahoma Baptist University Tuesday (Mar. 19).
The Bison (16-11) scored four runs in the second inning and built a 7-2 lead in the fourth. The Gorillas (18-8) got as close as 9-8 in the top of the eighth, but OBU scored three insurance runs in the bottom of the frame.
Cade Clemons homered and drove in three runs for the Gorillas. Dylan Kurahashi-Choy Foo and AJ Craft had two RBI apiece as well.
