In 2020: Started all four games… completed 85 of 143 passes (.599) for 1,009 yards and eight TDs… passed for 398 yards and three scores in the season opener vs. UNK (Oct. 31)… compiled 194 consecutive pass attempts without an interception (spanning from Oct. 26, 2019 to Nov. 14, 2020).
In 2019: Saw action in all 11 games including a start in the season finale vs. MSSU (Nov. 16)… completed 123 of 225 passes (.547) for 1,694 yards (154.0 ypg) and 13 TDs… completed 14 of 17 passes for 244 yards and three TDs vs. LU (Oct. 5)… passed for a season-best 262 yards vs. WU (Nov. 9)… completed six of 12 passes for 149 yards and three TDs vs. MSSU.
In 2018: Redshirt season.
In High School: A first-team Texas Class 5A All-District performer as a senior at Cedar Park High School in 2017… a three-year starter for the Timberwolves… helped guide Cedar Park to a 15-0 record and the Class 5A state championship as a sophomore in 2015… named the state Offensive MVP that year… helped the Timberwolves to a 39-3 record his final three prep years.
Personal: Born May 25, 1999… son of Bob and Jill Sexton… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll… has a 3.48 GPA as a management major.
