2023: Ran the 8k course at the MIAA Championships (Oct. 20) in Columbia, Mo., at a personal-best time of 25:09.9 to finish 19th and earn All-MIAA honors ... Ran a personal-best time of 31:34.1 at the 10k course for the Division II Championships (Nov. 18) in Joplin, Mo., and in the Central Region Championships (Nov. 4) in Joplin, Mo., finished in a time of 31:51.2.
