Pittsburg State Gorillas

Third-year player... a talented infielder who is looking to build off an All-MIAA junior season... figures to be an impact player for PSU again this spring.
 
In 2013: Started all 53 games… led the team with a .379 batting average and ranked second with 17 doubles… finished the year with three home runs and 35 RBIs… tallied 19 multi-hit performances… went 2-for-3 with a double, two RBIs and a run scored against NW Missouri State (April 28).  
 
In 2012: Saw action in 47 games, starting all of them… batted .323 with a team-high 17 doubles on the year… also recorded 19 RBIs… enjoyed 13 multi-hit games… went 2-for-4 with three runs scored and four RBIs vs. Emporia State (Mar. 16).

In 2011: Saw action in 17 games, including five starts... batted .292 with two doubles and three RBIs on the year.

In High School: A three-time All-Conference performer at Shawnee Mission West High... helped the Vikings to the Kansas Class 6A state runner-up finish as a junior in 2009... batted .352 with 25 RBIs.

Personal: Born May 2, 1992... son of Matthew and Stephanie Foss... a member of the MIAA All-Academic Honor Roll and an MIAA Scholar Athlete… earned Capital One Academic All-America honors his junior season... has a 3.97 GPA as a graphic communications major.
