Pittsburg State Gorillas

Second-year player… a veteran outfielder who also has served as the Gorillas designated hitter... expected to be a key player in the Pitt State lineup this spring.
 
 In 2013: Saw action in 36 games, including 36 starts… batted .295 with two homeruns and 21 RBIs… enjoyed seven multi-hit games on the season… went 2-for-4 with a homerun, triple and three RBIs vs. Maryville (Feb. 17)… did not record an error on the season.

In Junior College:  Spent two seasons at Fort Scott CC... batted .321 with 39 RBIs and four homeruns as a sophomore in 2012 earning All-Jayhawk Conference accolades.

In High School:  A stand-out athlete at Shawnee Mission Northwest High School ... a two-year starter for the Cougars… earned All-Conference honors as a senior.

Personal:  Born March 3, 1992... son of Shawn Ball and Christa Stillions... a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll… has a 3.46 GPA as an exercise science major.
