Biography


Fifth-year player... a talented right-handed pitcher… primed to compete for significant action again for the Gorillas this spring.

In 2014: Made 11 appearances, including four starts... posted an 0-2 record with a 7.71 ERA in 30 1/3 innings of work.
 
In 2013: Appeared in 13 games, with nine starts… notched a 2-5 record with a 7.29 ERA in 42.0 innings… tallied 25 strikeouts on the season… earned a victory after going 6.0 innings with one earned run and four strikeouts vs. Missouri Southern (March 6).
 
In 2012: Made 14 appearances, including 11 starts… posted a 4-5 record with an 8.79 ERA in 56.3 innings of work… recorded 25 strikeouts on the year… earned his first victory by tossing five shutout innings in a 1-0 win vs. Sioux Falls (Feb. 27).

In 2011: Redshirt season.

In High School: A two-time All-Conference performer at Carl Junction High... also a two-time All-District and All-Area performer... posted a 17-5 career record with a 2.63 ERA during his prep days... also an All-Conference football and basketball player for the Bulldogs.

Personal: Born June 21, 1991... son of Brian Stevenson... a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll… graduated with a bachelor's degree in physical education... has a 3.55 GPA pursuing a master's degree in health, human performance & recreation.
has a 3.42 GPA as a physical education major.
