HS - Prepped at Chanute High School for coach Kurt Sizemore on the baseball field ... As a Comet, Koester was part of the 2019 and 2022 SEK Championship teams while being an All-State Utility Player.

Personal - Born January 19, 2004 ... Son of Kara and Matt Koester ... Named to the MIAA Newcomer Academic Honor Roll with a 3.70 GPA as a marketing major.
