Biography

Second-year player… a talented outfielder... expected to be a frontline performer once again for the Gorillas.
 
In 2012: Started all 48 games…batted .279 with 10 doubles, two triples and two home runs…enjoyed 13 multiple-hit games…recorded a season-high six RBIs against Emporia State on 3/16/2012… had a season-best nine-game hit streak between Mar. 4-16.

In Junior College:  Spent two seasons at Southwestern Oregon CC... batted .302 his sophomore season in 2011.

In High School:  A stand-out athlete at North Thurston High in Lacey, Wash. ... a two-year starter.

Personal:  Born September 26, 1990... son of Darryl and Christine Ventura... a member of the MIAA All-Academic Team… has a 3.00 GPA as a mechanical engineering major.
