Pittsburg State Gorillas

Chase Johnson enters his first year as an assistant football coach at Pittsburg State University. He serves as the Special Teams Coordinator after being hired to the position in March 2023.

Johnson played for the Gorillas as a linebacker from 2019-21. The Pittsburg native served as an assistant coach at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College during the 2022 season after graduating from PSU with a bachelor’s degree in physical education in May 2021.
