Pittsburg State Gorillas

Jordan Hendy begins his second year as a member of the Pitt State coaching staff - his first year as a full-time staff member. Hendy was elevated to the role of Safeties Coach entering the 2023 season. He served as an offensive graduate assistant in 202, primarily assisting with the offensive line.

Hendy served on the coaching staff at the University of Central Oklahoma in the spring  of 2022, after earning third-team All-MIAA honors at cornerback as a graduate transfer for the Gorillas during the 2021 season. The Sunnyvale, Calif., native posted 32 tackles (20 solo) with three interceptions and three pass break-ups at Pitt State after transferring from the University of Toledo.

Hendy earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Toledo and is currently pursuing a master's degree in integrated studies at Pitt State.
