Biography

General: Second-year player… a talented cornerback who will look to be an impact performer for the Gorillas again this fall… transferred to Pitt State from Tyler Junior College in 2019.

In 2019: Started nine of 11 games… made 31 tackles (19 solo) and a team-leading 10 pass break-ups on the season… made a season-high five tackles twice, vs. UNK (Sept. 28) and UCM (Oct. 26)… made a season best three PBUs vs. NSU (Sept. 21).

In Junior College: Spent one season at Tyler Junior College (2018)… played in nine games for the Apaches… made 33 tackles (23 solo), 11 pass break-ups and two fumble recoveries on the season… originally signed with NCAA Division II member West Texas A&M University out of high school.

In High School: A standout prep athlete at Mansfield Legacy High School… posted 21 tackles, two interceptions and three pass break-ups as a senior in 2016… also a state qualifier in the sprints in track & field.

Personal: Born August 31, 1998… son of Jermaine Brealy, Sr. and Kadra Brown… a recreation service, sport and hospitality management major.
