Biography

General: Fourth-year player… a talented offensive lineman who is expected to be an impact performer for the Gorillas again this fall.

In 2020-22: Competed in all 13 games, including six starts, in 2022… saw action in all 11 games, including two starts, in 2021… started three of four games played for the Gorillas in 2020… has made 11 career starts.

At Illinois: Spent two seasons at Illinois… redshirted in his initial season with the Illini in 2018.

In High School: A second-team Texas Class 3A All-State performer as a senior at Bishop Dunne High School in 2017… also a first-team All-District selection for the Falcons… a three-star recruit by 247Sports, ESPN and Rivals… ranked No. 88 recruit in Texas by Rivals, No. 130 by ESPN and No. 165 by 247Sports.

Personal:  Born December 28, 1999… son of James Brown and Evalan Myers… a general studies major.
