Biography

General: Third-year player… a hard working linebacker who is looking for a breakthrough sophomore campaign for the Gorillas this fall.

In 2019: Saw action in nine games in a reserve role and on special teams… made seven tackles (two solo) on the season.

In 2018: Redshirt season.

In High School: A first-team Kansas Class 2A All-State selection at linebacker as a senior at St. Mary’s-Colgan High School in 2017… made 93 tackles with three interceptions his senior year… also rushed the ball for 1,088 yards and 11 touchdowns… helped the Panthers to a 10-2 record and the Class 2A state runner-up finish… a 2018 Kansas Shrine Bowl selection.

Personal: Born October 16, 1999… son of Dustin Wilson and Sharon Bertolio… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll… has a 3.24 GPA as a finance major.
