Biography

General: Sixth-year super senior… a hard working offensive lineman who been a frontline player for the Gorillas the past three seasons with 20 career starts… expected to be a key cog on the offensive line for the Gorillas again this fall.

In 2018-22: Competed in all 13 games in 2022, including 10 starts… started six games at center in 2021, before missing the final five games due to injury… started all four games for the Gorillas in 2020… saw action in one game in 2019, after redshirting in his initial season in the Pitt State program (2018).

In High School: An Arkansas Class 7A All-State performer as a senior at Bentonville West High School in 2017… also a two-time All-Conference selection for the Wolverines… helped West to a 9-2 record his senior season… also a Rivals two-star player.

Personal: Born January 12, 2000… son of Mike and LeAnn Toney… a marketing major.
