General: Third-year player…a promising tight end prospect… will provide quality depth at the position for the Gorillas this fall.

In 2018-19: Did not see any action in 2019 after redshirting in his initial season in the Pitt State program in 2018.

In High School: A two-time All-District and All-Region performer at Republic High School (2016-17)… also a three-time All-Conference selection… a three-year starter for the Tigers.

Personal: Born September 17, 1999… son of Daron and Tammy Watkins… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll… has a 3.69 GPA as a physical education major.
