General: Completed his first season in the Pitt State program in 2024-25 where he redshirted .. Had a standout prep career at Bixby High School.

2024-25: Redshirted.

HS: A four-year performer for the golf program and coach Jordan Pereeful at Bixby High School where he shot a low round of 65 as a Spartan.

Personal: Born on August 6, 2006 ... Son of Shelbie and Matt Avery ... Named to the MIAA Newcomer Academic Honor Roll in 2024-25 with a 3.23 GPA as a marketing major.
