Biography
General: Second-year player… a hard-working, All-MIAA forward who is expected to resume his role as a team leader this fall… a versatile athlete who can play the three, four and five positions.
In 2010-11: Started 19 of 25 games played… averaged 9.2 points in 25.5 minutes per game… shot 52.6% (92 of 175) from the field…pulled down a team-leading 205 rebounds (8.2 per game)… had a big game against Missouri Southern on Feb. 9, recording 25 points and 18 rebounds… had five double-doubles on the season… secured honorable mention All-MIAA honors.
In Junior College: Spent two seasons at Allen County CC… earned first-team All-Region honors as a sophomore in 2010… averaged a double-double in each of his two seasons with the Red Devils… averaged 15.1 points and 13.1 rebounds per game in 2010, shooting 58.4 percent from the field (164 of 281)… contributed 10.0 points and 11.6 rebounds per game as a freshman in 2009… shot 62.0 percent from the field (132-213), dished out 63 assists, blocked 30 shots and grabbed 52 steals on the year.
Personal: Born August 31, 1985… son of Ann Bailey… a general studies major.
