General: First-year player… joins the Gorillas from Mansfield Summit (Texas) High School… a talented backcourt player… will look to provide quality depth to the guard spots as he adjusts to the collegiate game.

In High School: A two-time All-District performer at Mansfield Summit High School (2014-15)… averaged eight points, five rebounds and five assists per game his senior season for the Jaguars… helped his squad to a 24-6 record his senior season.

Personal: Born July 17, 1997… son of Doug Palacio and Rita Sanchez… an exploratory studies major.
