General: Completed his second season in the Pitt State program in 2024-25 where he redshirted.

2024-25: Did not appear in any games and redshirted.

2023-24: Appeared in two games for the Gorillas before an injury ended his first campaign.

HS: Spent the 2022-23 school year at Scotland Prep after earning two varsity letters at Morrilton High School for coach Keith Zachary ... While at Morrilton he averaged nine points, six rebounds and two blocks a game as a Devil Dog.

Personal: Born June 10th, 2003 ... Henry is the son of Alison and Hank Cowles ... A biology major with a 2.91 cumulative GPA.
