2024: Earned All-MIAA honors in back-to-back seasons with an eighth place finish at the MIAA Championships (Oct. 26) in St. Joseph, Mo., with a time of 27:07.0 from the 8k course ... Finished eighth at the Central Region Championships (Nov. 9) in Joplin, Mo., to earn All-Region honors for the first time in his career on the cross country course with a time of 30:40.1 from the 10k course ... At the Division II Championships ran the 10k course in a time of 31:01.8 to finish 69th ... Named onto the CSC Academic All-District team.

2023: Ran the 8k course at the MIAA Championships (Oct. 20) in Columbia, Mo., at a personal-best time of 25:09.9 to finish 19th and earn All-MIAA honors ... Ran a personal-best time of 31:34.1 at the 10k course for the Division II Championships (Nov. 18) in Joplin, Mo., and in the Central Region Championships (Nov. 4) in Joplin, Mo., finished in a time of 31:51.2.

2022: Redshirted.

HS: A Kansas Class 3A All-State performer at Southeast of Saline High School.

Personal: Born April 3, 2004 … Son of Dustin and Jessica Sprecker … A three-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll, earning MIAA Scholar Athlete laurels in 2023 and 2024 … Has a 3.87 GPA as an exercise science major.
