General: Completed his third year in the Pitt State program in 2025.

2024: Did not compete.

2023: Redshirted.

HS: A standout track and field and cross country performer at Tonganoxie High School, becoming the first male in Kansas state history to win the 400m, 800m, 1600m, and 3200m runs at a single state meet, claiming 4A titles in each event along with being named the 4A cross country champion in 2023.

Personal: Born Feb 16, 2005 … Son of Shawna and Charlie Gilmore … A three-time MIAA Academic Honor Roll member while holding a 3.78 cumulative GPA as an exercise science major at the conclusion of the 2025-26 school year.
