2021: An All-MIAA performer finishing 20th in the 8k course at the MIAA Championships (Oct. 23) in Kearney, Neb., with a time of 25:32.8 ... At the Central Region Championships (Nov. 6) ran a personal-best time of 30:46.0 in the 10k course in Joplin, Mo., and at the Division II Championships (Nov. 20) in Saint Leo, Fla., ran the 10k course in a time of 32:26.7 to finish 92nd.
