Enters his fifh season in the Pitt State program… the defending NCAA Division II outdoor national champion in the pole vault (17-4.5)… the national indoor runner-up in 2014 as well (17-1.5)… also an All-American as a sophomore in 2013… captured MIAA titles in the pole vault in both indoor & outdoor seasons… the MIAA runner-up in the heptathlon… holds PSU indoor & outdoor records in the pole vault… In High School: The 2010 Missouri Class 1A state champion in the 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles for Jasper High School... also placed at state in the 100m… Personal: Born March 24, 1992... son of Paul and Angela Piepenbrink... a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll… the 2014 USTFCCCA National Indoor Scholar-Athlete of the Year… graduated from PSU with a bachelor's degree in physical education… has a 3.35 GPA pursuing a master's degree in health, human performance and recreation.
