Enters his fourth year in the Pitt State program… a talented javelin thrower who is primed for a big senior season… a returning NCAA Division II national qualifier in the discipline… finished as the MIAA runner-up in the javelin as a sophomore in 2015… has a PR throw of 210-1… In High School: A stand-out prep athlete at  Colony Crest High School... competed in the javelin for the Lancers… threw a career-best of 178-5… Personal: Born April 28, 1995... son of Steve Morton and Gerri Godderz... a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll, an MIAA Scholar Athlete and an MIAA Academic Excellence Award winner in 2014… also a CoSIDA Academic All-District selection in 2016… has a 3.94 GPA as an exercise science major.
