2023-24: Competed in both seasons ... Competed at the Wendy's / PSU Invitational (Jan. 27) ran the Indoor 600y in a career-best time of 1:15.01 ... At the 16th Annual David Suenram Gorilla Classic (Apr. 6) ran the Outdoor 400m in a time of 53.92.

2022-23: Competed in both seasons ... At the Crimson & Gold Invitational (Dec. 9) ran the Indoor 800m in a time of 1:57.77 ... Ran the Outdoor 800m in a time of 1:59.81 at the PSU Tune-Up (Apr. 22).

2021-22: Competed in both seasons ... At the 7th Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic, ran the 600y in a time of 1:16.57 ... Ran the Outdoor 400m in a career-best time of 52.82 at the UCM Mule Relays (Apr. 15).

HS: A stand-out prep athlete in track & field out of Shawnee Mission East High School.
