High School: A graduate of Mansfield High School … Coached by Lex Mickle … Helped her team to a conference title her senior season and while hitting .446 and 25 RBIs … Also won a state championship her sophomore season … Earned all-district, all-state, and player-of-the-year accolades during her time as a Tiger … Also participated in volleyball and basketball … Played travel ball for Nebraska Elite, coached by Darren Peterson … Attended the Top Gun Invitational two years in a row for the team.
