2024 - Laurent had one of the best freshman campaigns in program history going 19-1 with a 1.98 ERA and 1.10 WHIP in 33 appearances (31 starts) for the nationally ranked and division II national tournament appearance Gorillas ... A second-team All-Region honoree by the D2CCA ... Became the seventh Gorilla and third pitcher to be named MIAA Freshman of the Year on her way to first-team All-MIAA honors by the league ... Was named onto the MIAA All-Tournament team ... Became the second Gorilla in program history to pitch a no-hitter as a freshman on Mar. 3 against Truman State (8-0, 5 Inn.) finishing with seven strikeouts in 64 pitches in her second game at the PSU Softball Complex ... HS - Posted a 28-1 record with a 1.00 ERA and 324 strikeouts while leading Grand Island Northwest to a 33-3 overall record and the Nebraska Class B state championship in 2023 ...
