In 2011: Played in 12 games with one start at catcher ... Earned her first hit as a Gorilla as a pinch hitter against Newman on April 4 ... Also earned her first career RBI in that game ... Scored three runs on the season.

Prior to Pitt State: Played one season at Cottey College and was named the team’s defensive MVP in the program’s first season ... then transfered to Labette Community College for her sophomore season.  

In High School: Twice earned all-district and all-area honors while playing at Diamond High School ... Coached by Brian Briamacombe ... Played travel ball for the Vipers, coached by Brian James. 

Personal: Born March 1, 1990 ... Daughter of Kandie Eads and Jon Hensen ... Has a 3.58 GPA as an early/late childhood education major.
