Finished with 411 points (5.3), 140 rebounds (1.8) and 92 assists (1.2) while shooting .333 from distance (68-of-204) and .785 from free throws (73-of-93) ... Started in 26 games last season (2024-25) where she averaged 7.0 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.2 assists a game.

HS: Prepped at Waukesha West High School where she was an All-State performer for coach Mark Busalacchi ... A two-time All-Conference first-team selection, Yow led the Wolverines in her senior campaign to a 15-6 record in 2021-22 ... Set the school record for assists in a season (89) ... In 2020-21 she averaged 10.5 points, 3.9 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.9 steals a game at WWHS ... Also competed on the track & field and golf teams during her prep career.
