2024-25: Competed in the Outdoor season ... At the MIAA Championships (May 4) recorded a throw of 45.89m to finish sixth in the event.
2023-24: Competed in the Outdoor season ... At the Fort Hays State Spring Invite (Mar. 22) threw the Javelin in a season-best mark of 44.91m.
2022-23: Competed in the Outdoor season ... Recorded a season-best mark of 42.71m at the SBU Invitational (Apr. 1) in the Javelin.
HS: AÂ Kansas Class 6A All-State performer for the Cougars of Shawnee Mission Northwest High School.
Personal: Born February 21, 2004… Daughter of Sheryl and Paul Sogaard ... A three-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll with a 3.75 GPA as a communication major.
