General - Completed her first season in the Pitt State program in 2024 where she showcased her defensive prowess and ability to finish attacks consistently after a highly productive two seasons at Hutchinson Community College.

2024 - Saw action in 26 matches for the Gorillas with a starting role in every match while playing in 92 sets ... Finished the season with 226.5 points (2.46 per set), 157 kills (1.71 per set), 94 total blocks (1.02 per set) and 16 service aces (0.17 per set) ... Recorded a season-high 16.5 points at Arkansas-Fort Smith (Sept. 27) with 13 kills and five assisted blocks and a service ace ... Named onto the CSC Academic All-District team.

Prior to PSU - Played the 2022 and 2023 seasons at Hutchinson Community College where she was a two-time All-KJCCC performer, earning first-team honors in 2023 ... For her career she registered 792.0 points (2.91 per set), 574 kills (2.11 per set), 273 total blocks (1.00) and 185 digs (0.68 per set) in 272 sets from 75 matches ... In 2023 she was second in the NJCAA for total blocks (162) with 1.18 blocks per set ranking 11th in program history for a season, Dean's .336 hitting percentage (329 kills, 712 attempts, 90 errors) was 12th in the nation as well.

HS - Prepped at Labette County High School where she was a four-year letter winner for the Grizzlies on the volleyball court and coach Heather Wilson ... Was also a four-year letter winner on the basketball court and three year starter for the softball program ... Part of the 2021 and 2022 league and substate champions on the volleyball court while being a unanimous first-team All-SEK performer in 2020 and 2021 on her way to being an All-State performer her junior season ... For her career she totaled 244 total blocks, 1016 kills and 1378 digs.

Personal - Born April 5, 2004 ... Daughter of Cindy and Jeff Dean ... A communication major ... Named onto the MIAA Newcomer Academic Honor Roll and CSC Academic All-District team after posting a 3.83 GPA.
