General: Enters her third year in the Pitt State program… started eight of 25 matches played in 2019… averaged 1.60 kills and 0.54 blocks per set on the season… twice posted a career high 10 kills: vs. Missouri Southern (Sept. 17) and Emporia State (Nov. 9)… had a career best five blocks twice:  vs. Midwestern State (Sept. 6) and vs. Central Oklahoma (Sept. 20)… In 2018: Saw action in 15 matches in a reserve role… averaged 1.51 kills and 0.32 blocks per set… recorded a season best nine kills and four blocks vs. East Central (Sept. 8)… In High School: An honorable mention Iowa Class 4A All-State selection as a senior at Boone High School… finished her senior season with 400 kills and 34 service aces… a four-year starter and a National Honor Society Member… Club Volleyball: A 2018 Winter Volleyball Championship Qualifier runner-up in Chicago… qualified for Junior National Championships five times… Personal: Born January 17, 2000… daughter of Steve and Jill Sandvig… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll… has a 3.79 GPA as an elementary education major.
