McCroskey enters her first season as a graduate assistant at Pittsburg State in 2026 after completing a four-year playing career for the Gorillas on the volleyball court.

The Springdale, Ark., native played in 115 career matches (413 sets), compiling 1,750 digs (4.24 per set), providing 305 assists (0.74) and recording 100 service aces (0.24). A three-time All-MIAA performer as a libero, McCroskey finished her distinguished career for the Gorillas in fifth for career digs and tied for eighth for service aces.
