Kerry Stadler enters his fourth school year at Pittsburg State University in 2026-27 and his first full school year as the Sports Information Director at PSU after being elevated to the role in early March of 2026.
During the 2026-27 school year, Stadler will be the primary contact for Pittsburg State: Women's Soccer, Volleyball, Women's Basketball, Men's/Women's Golf and Softball. Will assist Dan Wilkes (Associate AD for Communications) as a secondary contact for Pittsburg State: Football, Men's/Women's Cross Country, Men's Basketball, Baseball and Men's/Women's Track & Field.
Stadler will continue to serve as the primary statistician for the Gorillas' home games, update online bios and be the primary contact for changes needed to be done to record books.

The 2026-27 school year will mark Stadler's 10th school year working in the profession after serving at MIAA rival Missouri Southern for the first six of his career. During that time, he worked his way up from a student worker to being named Assistant Director of Athletic Media Relations in November 2020. In the 2023 spring semester, he served as Interim Director of Athletic Communications at MSSU following the departure of mentor and longtime Director of Athletic Communications, Justin Maskus.
At MSSU, Stadler helped to coordinate media relations efforts for all 13 varsity sports offered at the university at the time while serving as the main contact for women's soccer, women's basketball and softball. He also served as statistician for football, basketball, softball and women's soccer. Additionally, Stadler updated and kept track of the record books for every sport and was involved in the creation and dissemination of game notes for football and basketball.
Stadler earned a bachelor's degree in public relations from Missouri Southern in December 2020 and a master's degree in business management from MSSU in May 2024.
A member of the College Sports Communicators (formerly the College Sports Information Directors of America), Stadler resides in Pittsburg, Kan.
