PITTSBURG — First pitch for the final game of the Pittsburg State and Washburn series has been moved up two hours to an 11 a.m. (CST) start time Saturday (Mar. 9). The Gorillas and Ichabods originally were scheduled to meet at 1 p.m. at Al Ortolani Field, but the local weather forecast calls for mid- to late-afternoon showers in the Pittsburg area.

Pitt State (7-4, 5-4 MIAA) and WU (3-6, 3-6 MIAA) split a pair of 5-1 decisions Friday.
