PITTSBURG — The Pittsburg State University baseball team's final contest of a three-game MIAA series against Fort Hays State University has been cancelled due to wet grounds. High winds overnight disrupted the tarp on Al Ortolani Field, leaving standing water in the infield.

The Gorillas (14-30) will return to action Tuesday (May 3) when they play host to Southwest Baptist University in a non-conference game at Al Ortolani Field. First pitch is set for 6 p.m. (CDT).
